Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Pegram property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Licensed & insured in TN · 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing started small in the Pegram area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Our Pegram crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Pegram homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Pegram foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
No two Pegram basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Pegram basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews get it out and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in Pegram tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Pegram pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →Some Pegram properties need both systems working together — we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Pegram crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Pegram commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.

We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.

Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Pegram customers through this process many times.
Every Pegram job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."

Every Pegram technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
